Renewals and refunds
Every TeveUK plan is a one-off payment for a fixed term. When the term ends, access simply stops; we never take another payment unless you choose to buy again. If the service isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase under our refund policy.

What does “devices” mean on a plan?
It’s the number of screens that can stream at the same time. You can install the app on more devices than that, but only that many can watch at once.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a single payment for a fixed term and ends when the term is up. You’ll only pay again if you decide to buy a new plan.
