By accessing teveuk.com or subscribing to TeveUK, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
The Service
TeveUK provides subscription-based access to a live channel list and on-demand content library, delivered over the internet ("the Service"). The Service is accessed through third-party player applications (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, HOT Player or IBO Player) using login details or a playlist URL provided by us.
The Service requires your own stable internet connection, which is not provided by us and is not covered by these terms. Stream quality depends on your own connection speed and device.
Eligibility & Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
- The Service is for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
- You must not resell, share, sublicense or publicly broadcast your subscription or login details.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details and payment details secure.
Subscriptions & Payment
Plans are sold for a fixed term (for example 3, 6, 12 or 24 months) at the price shown at checkout. Once the term ends, access stops automatically. We do not auto-renew subscriptions or charge you again without a new, separate purchase. Activation details are typically sent by email shortly after payment is confirmed.
Device Limits
Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous device connections, as shown on the plan you purchase. Using more devices at once than your plan allows may result in playback being limited or interrupted.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable, high-uptime service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Channel availability can change due to factors outside our control, including changes made by upstream content sources. We'll do our best to keep the Service running smoothly and to communicate any significant disruption.
Intellectual Property
The TeveUK name, logo and website content belong to TeveUK. Channel and content rights belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content to you. Your subscription only grants access to stream it through the Service, for the length of your plan.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TeveUK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by your own internet connection, device compatibility issues, or interruptions to third-party content sources. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these terms are breached, for example, reselling or sharing a subscription, or attempting to abuse the Service. Where reasonable, we'll try to let you know first.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
